Consistency helps the nervous system feel safe.
Returning to a simple rhythm each evening
can begin to signal to your body that it’s safe to rest.

Day 3 : Releasing Tension From The Day
Evening breath work + grounding Reiki Yoga Nidra
Today we allow the body to let go of what it’s been holding.
You don’t need to carry the day with you into sleep.

Day 4 : Supporting The Body’s Natural Sleep State
Body temperature + full body Reiki & Yoga Nidra
Sleep is something your body already knows how to do.
Tonight, we simply support it.

Day 5 : Deepening Rest & Letting Go
Light, sleep cycles + calming Reiki Nidra
Allow yourself to fully let go tonight.
There’s nothing to force nothing to hold onto.
